N	Nadia Casassa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza. La cucina è stata davvero al di sotto di ogni minima aspettativa, anche nella colazione. L'hotel è situato in bella posizione ma non curato e nelle parti comuni non pulito come dovrebbe essere un tre stelle. Non consiglio un soggiorno né tanto meno una cena. Bad experience. The kitchen was really below any minimum expectation, even in the breakfast. The hotel is located in a nice position but not well cared for and in the common areas not as clean as a three-star hotel should be. I do not recommend a stay nor a dinner.
S	Simona Lucà on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Premetto che, avendo soggiornato presso questa struttura con uno Smartbox (che ribattezzerei Shamebox, sono veramente indecenti), non avevamo grandi pretese. Però..stanza tutto sommato accettabile (abbiamo letto recensioni di spazi ridotti all'osso, noi abbiamo potuto usufruire di mq sufficienti), ma abbiamo dovuto richiedere la culla per la bimba (5€ aggiuntivi a notte) e ci siamo accorti che mancava il materassino. Per carità, hanno provveduto in tempi brevi, ma è arrivata un pezzo di spugna di 5 cm di spessore ingiallita dal tempo (probabilmente risaliva anche quello agli anni 80). Cena inclusa indescrivibile. Una pietanza a testa e il pasto della bambina in aggiunta a 6€. Tutta roba surgelata del discount o comunque cibo affine. La colazione a buffet ha quasi piacevolmente stupito (con tutto che non mi sembra che in tempi di Covid si possa fare una colazione a buffet), nel senso che ci aspettavamo fette biscottate e marmellate confezionate (come segnalato da altra recensione). Nel complesso la struttura è in una posizione eccezionale e avrebbe anche un potenziale enorme, peccato sia tenuta malissimo e 90€ a notte non li vale assolutamente. Dimenticavo..bagno senza riscaldamento alcuno, praticamente una ghiacciaia. I state that, having stayed at this property with a Smartbox (which I would rename Shamebox, they are truly indecent), we did not have great expectations. But ... overall acceptable room (we have read reviews of spaces reduced to the bone, we were able to take advantage of sufficient square meters), but we had to request a cot for the baby (5 € additional per night) and we realized that there was no mattress. For heaven's sake, they took action quickly, but a 5 cm thick piece of sponge arrived, yellowed by time (probably also dating back to the 80s). Indescribable dinner included. One dish each and the child's meal in addition to 6 €. All frozen stuff from the discount store or similar food. The breakfast buffet almost pleasantly surprised (with all that it does not seem to me that in times of Covid you can have a buffet breakfast), in the sense that we were expecting packaged biscuits and jams (as reported by another review). Overall, the property is in an exceptional location and would also have enormous potential, too bad it is in very poor condition and € 90 per night is absolutely not worth it. I forgot .. bathroom without any heating, practically an icebox.

When I opened the window,it’s smells bad in room,maybe it was kitchen under my room. If I complained , i’m shure that staff fixed the problem,but I didn’t do this . It is wonderful sunrises in the villa .Friendly staff. Decidedly I recommend “Villa Adele” to all tourists ?

If I complained , i’m shure that personal fixed the problem,but I didn’t do this .But it’s definitely cool place to stay. Amazing view , great location it’s 2 main advantages which i can see for 2 days living there. It is wonderful sunrises in the villa .Friendly staff. Far and away I recommend “Villa Adele” to all tourists ?
S	Sheila Jacksn on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff at Village Adele were extremely helpful and polite, especially Matilda the lovely receptionist. The hotel itself was a little rundown with broken signage, dirty stair carpets, bad bathroom lighting and a broken toilet in ours. A very nice pool that for some reason was off limits between noon and 3pm. Lots of seating and umbrellas provided but the pool surrounds were mainly dirt and need improvement. Our room was basic and in need of redecorating but very clean. The dinner was delicious... top marks to the chef. Despite the drawbacks the staff did make this a pleasant stay.
