★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In rapporto al prezzo mi aspettavo qualcosa di più. Consistenza del riso non ottima, afferrando le nigiri con le bacchette il riso si scomponeva lasciandomi solo la fettina di pesce tra le bacchette.
Ci ritornerò sperando che sia stato un caso sfortunato e nella speranza di dare una stella in più.
In relation to the price I expected something more. The consistency of the rice is not excellent, grabbing the nigiri with the chopsticks, the rice broke up leaving only the slice of fish between the chopsticks.
I will return hoping that it was an unfortunate case and hoping to give an extra star.

Si passa dal Sushi Fusion Internazionale a quello Nippo-Brasiliano, sino a declinazioni Sicule con prodotti tipici e rivisitazioni di piatti siciliani, fino ai più tradizionali nigiri e hosomaki, ecc. La materia prima d'eccezione e un attenzione al cliente personale e unica. Un Brand da tenere sott'occhio.
One of the best sushi takeaways in Sicily. A varied, rich and precious menu. We move from the International Sushi Fusion to the Japanese-Brazilian one, up to Sicilian declinations with typical products and reinterpretations of Sicilian dishes, up to the more traditional nigiri and hosomaki, etc. The exceptional raw material and a personal and unique attention to the customer. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff abbastanza cordiale. Il sushi è presentato benissimo e ha delle decorazioni molto carine. Tuttavia, il cibo non si mangia soltanto con gli occhi. Il sapore è nella norma, superiore probabilmente a diversi all you can eat (il contrario sarebbe stato assurdo), ma qualità/prezzo mi è sembrato molto costoso.
Friendly enough staff. The sushi is beautifully presented and has very nice decorations. However, food is not only eaten with the eyes. The taste is normal, probably superior to several all you can eat (the opposite would have been absurd), but quality / price seemed very expensive.

Sin da subito il personale è stato estremamente cordiale e disponibile dandomi delucidazioni sui prodotti date le mie esigenze alimentari.
Il servizio è stato tempestivo dove la professionalità ha fatto da padrona, la maestria e la passione dello Chef sono una garanzia sull'eccezionale qualità dei prodotti. Il rapporto qualità-prezzo è unico. Prodotti semplici che però combinati tra di loro danno vita ad una esperienza unica che lascia il segno.
Sto scrivendo questa recensione ancora con le bacchette tra mani, non potevo fare a meno di consigliare vivamente a tutti di gustare i magnifici prodotti offerti da Viking Sushi, sono un qualcosa di strabiliante

Right from the start, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, giving me explanations on the products given my dietary needs.
The service was timely where professionalism was the host, the mastery and passion of the Chef are a guarantee on the exceptional quality of the products. The quality-price ratio is unique. Simple products that, however, combined with each other give life to a unique experience that leaves its mark.
I am writing this review again with chopsticks in my hands, I could not help but highly recommend everyone to taste the magnificent products offered by Viking Sushi, they are something amazing

Tantissime idee...tantissime tipologie presentate nel migliore dei modi.. Prezzo ottimo, pesce freschissimo proveniente da una grande Pescheria rinomata a Sant Agata.
Scegliere loro é davvero stare tranquilli su tutto e fare sempre ottima figura ?
