★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottima palestra situata in via di sotto. Ampia selezione di corsi per tutte le età. Possibilità di effettuare la visita medica direttamente in palestra, al costo di trenta euro. Personale competente e cordiale, l'unica pecca é il parcheggio molto piccolo.
Excellent gym located in via di sotto. Large selection of courses for all ages. Possibility of carrying out the medical examination directly in the gym, at a cost of thirty euros. Competent and friendly staff, the only flaw is the very small parking lot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ È un gioiellino! L'atmosfera è veramente accogliente e il personale è estremamente cortese e disponibile! È possibile usufruire della sala pesi a piano terra, che è attrezzata di tutto punto e in cui trovate sempre un istruttore che vi consiglia e vi prepara la scheda di allenamento, inoltre potrete frequentare i corsi al piano superiore, dal pilates allo yoga, posturale, spinning, samba....e molto altro!! Gli istruttori sono tutti fantastici, sia dal punto di vista professionale che da quello caratteriale! Oltre a tutto ciò, troverete una piccola SPA (sauna, bagno turco e doccia solare, massaggi). Tutti gli ambienti sono pulitissimi, le sale sono luminose e, la prima volta che sono andata, pensavo di trovarmi in vacanza....!!!
It's a gem! The atmosphere is really welcoming and the staff is extremely courteous and helpful! You can take advantage of the weight room on the ground floor, which is fully equipped and where you always find an instructor who recommends and prepares your training card, you can also attend courses on the upper floor, from pilates to yoga, postural, spinning, samba .... and much more !! The instructors are all fantastic, both professionally and temperamentally! In addition to all this, you will find a small SPA (sauna, Turkish bath and solar shower, massages). All the rooms are very clean, the rooms are bright and, the first time I went, I thought I was on vacation .... !!!
