F	Francesca De Bonis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho portato il mio televisore a riparare in quanto non riceveva più il telecomando, dopo una settimana che mi è stato restituito "riparato" il televisore presentava dei problemi per la qualità dell'immagine che risultava "sdoppiata" ed infine dopo averlo portato nuovamente a farlo riparare mi è stato detto che si trattava di un problema tecnico che ribadisco fino a quel momento non mi si era mai presentato. Ritengo pertanto il servizio davvero pessimo e particolarmente inadeguato. I took my TV for repair as it no longer received the remote control, after a week that it was returned to me "repaired" the TV had problems with the image quality that was "doubled" and finally after taking it back to do so repairing I was told that it was a technical problem that I repeat up to that moment had never occurred to me. I therefore consider the service really bad and particularly inadequate.

Dopo un mese (con in mezzo le vacanze di Natale) mi hanno consegnato un televisore nuovo di ultima generazione perché quello mio non era riparabile. Serietà, professionalità e anche simpatia. Grazie! I brought a broken Hisense TV to them a year and a half after purchase. After a month (with the Christmas holidays in between) they gave me a new latest generation TV because my one was not repairable. Reliability, professionalism and even sympathy. Thank you!
