Ho richiesto un sedile ideal standard ma mi e' stato ordinato uno di un'altra ditta a me completamente sconosciuta. Non l'ho ritarato e nonostante avessi ragione mi e' stata rifiutata la restituzione della caparra (30 euro su 60 ). Comportamento etico molto discutibile. I didn't reset it and despite being right I was refused the refund of the deposit (30 euros out of 60). Very questionable ethical behavior.
