Ve lo sconsiglio vivamente, inoltre perchΓ© hanno venduto ad una mia amica un telefono ROTTO.

Bad shop, very high price and instead of doing their job or fixing cell phones, they break them, thus adding further damage.
I strongly advise against it, also because they sold a broken phone to my friend.

Sconsiglio a tutti di visitare tale negozio in quanto gli operatori all interno non sono competenti
I am advised to buy a latest generation vacuum cleaner that would have made my life at home wonderfully easy and instead I find myself after spending the beauty of 250 β¬ on a scrap that jams every second. I do not recommend everyone to visit this shop as the operators inside are not competent

β β β β β Pessima esperienza. Acquisto un iPhone rigenerato che dopo nemmeno un paio di mesi mostra evidenti segni di malfunzionamento. Torno in negozio chiedendo lumi sull'occorso. In un primo momento mi parlano di ulteriori cifre da spendere necessarie a ripristinare il device, quindi acconsento ma, al mio ritorno in negozio, il telefono appare definitivamente morto. A loro dire, scheda madre "non funzionante". Davvero sconcertante! Chiedo quindi, visto l'evidente disservizio di poter avere nuovo terminale ma il negoziante non pago del denaro giΓ avuto, mi conferma che, al massimo, puΓ² venirmi incontro con uno sconto da valutare a seconda del danno che (io) avrei prodotto al primo iPhone...che ha smesso di accendersi, lo ricordo,quando l'ho lasciato alla loro riparazione! Shockante. Sconsiglio vivamente questo negozio. Troppo sbilanciato verso l'accaparrare denaro piuttosto che sulla reale soddisfazione del cliente.
Bad experience. I buy a refurbished iPhone that after not even a couple of months shows obvious signs of malfunction. I go back to the shop asking for information on the rescue. At first they talk to me about additional amounts to spend necessary to restore the device, then I agree but, on my return to the store, the phone appears definitively dead. According to them, the motherboard is "not working". Really disconcerting! I therefore ask, given the obvious disservice to be able to have a new terminal but the shopkeeper does not pay the money already had, he confirms that, at most, he can come to meet me with a discount to be assessed depending on the damage that (I) would have produced at the first iPhone ... which stopped turning on, I remember, when I left it for their repair! Shocking. I strongly advise against this shop. Too biased towards hoarding money rather than actual customer satisfaction.
