★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La mia esperienza è stata brevissima per l’onestà e la professionalità riscontrata con io tecnico che mi ha assistito telefonicamente. Avevo un problema con il mio sintoamplificatore onkyo da circa due anni, ammetto di non essere un esperto di questi apparecchi ma non riuscivo più a vedere appletv e dvd e pensavo che oramai l’onkyo fosse da buttare perché obsoleto. Invece il tecnico a cui ho spiegato telefonicamente il problema mi ha detto di provare innanzitutto a fare un reset dell’apparecchio e poi, se non si fosse risolto il problema, di portare in assistenza l’onkyo. Mi ha spiegato con un’onestà come pochi tutta l’anima procedura ed i relativi costi. Ma dopo aver fatto il reset il sintoamplificatore è tornato a funzionare come nuovo. Mi avrebbe potuto dire direttamente di portare l’onkyo in assistenza e lucrarci qualcosa ed invece in 5 minuti problema risolto. Grazie e ancora grazie ??
 My experience was very short due to the honesty and professionalism found with the technician who assisted me by telephone. I had a problem with my onkyo receiver for about two years, I admit I am not an expert on these devices but I could no longer see applets and DVDs and I thought that by now the onkyo was to be thrown away because it was obsolete. Instead, the technician to whom I explained the problem by telephone told me to first try to reset the device and then, if the problem was not solved, to bring the onkyo to the assistance. He explained to me with an honesty like few others the whole procedure and the related costs. But after doing the reset, the receiver was working as good as new. He could have told me directly to bring the onkyo to assistance and make money from it, and instead the problem was solved in 5 minutes. Thanks and thanks again ??

Riparato egregiamente un amplificatore onkyo tx-sr703e cui aveva un problema su tutti i canali left. Che soddisfazione trovare persone che conoscono la materia e spendono il tempo per trovare la soluzione. Bravissimo!!!

Ho fatto riparare un vecchio amplificatore Pioneer SA500 che ora è ritornato in vita performante al 100% delle sue potenzialità. Se puntate ad un servizio di qualità sapete a chi rivolgervi!
