Molto gentile e simpatica la signorina addetta alla reception. Se serve, vale la pena provare. I only had my TV remote control repaired and the technician seemed prepared and professional. Very nice and friendly young lady at the reception. If needed, it's worth trying.
R	Rosario Manco on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho portato un cellulare Brondi acquistato a dicembre dello scorso anno, purtroppo dopo essere caduto da un'altezza di circa 1 metro ha riportato un danno alla presa del telefono e al caricatore pertanto non caricava più... E' stata sostituita la presa e il caricatore che anziché essere Brondi mi sono accorto dopo che è Samsung...il cellulare nuovo l'ho pagato 65 euri, la riparazione 35...Riflettete su quanto scritto e date voi il giudizio I brought a Brondi mobile phone purchased in December of last year, unfortunately after falling from a height of about 1 meter it reported damage to the phone socket and the charger therefore it no longer charged ... The socket and the charger that instead of being Brondi I realized after it is Samsung ... I paid 65 euros for the new mobile phone, the repair was 35 euros ... Think about what is written and give your opinion
F	Francesco on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sconsiglio vivamente questo “negozio” in quanto ho lasciato la mia tv è in TRE MESI DICO BENE TRE MESI di attesa non si sono mai degnati di una chiamata per ulteriori aggiornamenti sullo status della tv!! Sono stato sempre io a chiamare per info!!! la settimana scorsa riprovo a chiamare e mi bloccano la telefonata, provo tramite whatsapp idem senza risposta...ho dovuto far chiamare un altra persona con un numero differente dal mio per avere una risposta (FOLLIA)!!! Morale della favola… la tv da che aveva il problema alla scheda madre (check fatto alla Sony con certificazione) ha riportato altri problemi dopo il loro intervento! Si sono presi 25€ per l’intervento è ho dovuto buttare 2000€ di tv. LA PROFESSIONALITÀ è ALTRO, EVITATELO ASSOLUTAMENTE!!!! N.b NON RISPETTANO NEANCHE GLI ORARIO DI APERTURA E CHIUSURA!! I strongly advise against this "shop" as I left my TV in THREE MONTHS I SAY WELL THREE MONTHS of waiting they never deigned to call for further updates on the status of the TV !! I was always the one to call for info !!! last week I try to call again and they block my call, I try whatsapp idem without answer ... I had to call another person with a different number from mine to get an answer (MADNESS) !!! Moral of the story ... the TV that had the problem with the motherboard (check done at Sony with certification) reported other problems after their intervention! They took € 25 for the surgery and I had to throw away € 2000 of TV. PROFESSIONALISM IS MORE, ABSOLUTELY AVOID IT !!!! N.b THEY DO NOT RESPECT THE OPENING AND CLOSING HOURS either !!
F	Fra Viola on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aggiornamento di situazione: Dopo aver ritirato la tv, ero scettico e non mi sono fidato della vostra diagnosi durata TRE MESI!!! la porto alla Sony come ultima chance ( e menomale che era da buttare la Tv in quanto era danneggiato il pannello…queste sono parole vostre) in meno di 10gg la tv come per magia PROFESSIONISTI E COMPETENTI me l’hanno sistemata cambiando la scheda madre alla Modica somma di 280€! DA qui si deduce la vostra SERIETÀ, COMPETENZA E PROFESSIONALITÀ!!!! Situation update: After withdrawing the TV, I was skeptical and did not trust your diagnosis which lasted THREE MONTHS !!! I take it to Sony as a last chance (and luckily the TV was to be thrown away because the panel was damaged ... these are your words) in less than 10 days the TV as if by magic PROFESSIONALS AND COMPETENTS have fixed it for me by changing the motherboard to Modest sum of 280 €! Hence your SERIOUSNESS, COMPETENCE AND PROFESSIONALISM !!!!
