★ ★ ★ ★ ★ li ho chiamati x un tv da riparare, avuti gli orari sono andato oggi pomeriggio ed era chiuso. gli orari affissi fuori confermavano che doveva essere aperto. c'era un altro cliente che li aveva chiamati 2 ore prima per portare un tv e stava aspettando già da un po'. fuori non c'era un avviso, non rispondevano al telefono....
ho aspettato 20 minuti poi me ne sono andato.
direi un servizio clienti pessimo
I called them a TV to be repaired, had the hours I went this afternoon and it was closed. the schedules posted outside confirmed that it had to be opened. there was another customer who had called them 2 hours earlier to bring a TV and had been waiting for a while. outside there was no warning, they did not answer the phone ....
I waited 20 minutes then left.
I would say bad customer service
