Per una banale riparazione di due tasti di un pianoforte mi ha tenuto in ballo per più di un mese e dopo numerose chiamate (ogni due settimane) in cui mi veniva detto che doveva ordinare il pezzo, alla fine ho scoperto che questo non è mai stato ordinato. Inoltre, alla domanda "ha voglia di fare questa riparazione o no?" lui con atteggiamento non curante mi ha risposto no.. se me lo avesse detto subito non avrei perso un mese e mezzo e mi sarei rivolta ad un vero professionista.
Zero professionalism. For a trivial repair of two keys on a piano, it kept me in check for more than a month and after numerous calls (every two weeks) in which I was told that I had to order the piece, in the end I discovered that this was never ordered. Also, to the question "do you want to do this repair or not?" he replied with no caring attitude. No, if he had told me right away I would not have lost a month and a half and I would have turned to a real professional.
