★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se si potesse dare zero l'avrei fatto, per gli esami del sangue una disorganizzazione allucinante. Personale che parla davanti a tutte le persone in attesa dei problemi dei pazienti. In attesa da più di un ora per entrare (in piedi, anche se le condizioni fisiche non lo permettono) e nel momento del proprio turno fanno passare avanti altre persone arrivate dopo, perchè a loro discrezione gli esami degli altri sono più veloci. Una vergogna.
If you could give zero I would have done it, for the blood tests a hallucinating disorganization. Staff speaking in front of all people waiting for patients' problems. Waiting for more than an hour to enter (standing, even if the physical conditions do not allow it) and at the moment of their turn they let other people who arrive later pass forward, because at their discretion the exams of the others are faster. A shame.
