Porzioni abbondanti, menu vario, prodotti freschi, combinazioni sfiziose, e soprattutto base perfetta (per me e' questa a fare davvero la differenza!). Ci sono stata sono una volta perche' vivo altrove, ma d'ora in poi sara' tappa fissa ad ogni rientro in Salento. Finally I managed to find a Pizza worthy of being called such, and I say this after eating in many pizzerias both in Italy and abroad. Large portions, varied menu, fresh products, delicious combinations, and above all the perfect base (for me this is what really makes the difference!). I've only been there once because I live elsewhere, but from now on it will be a fixed stop at every return to Salento.

Ci ha incuriositi questo locale, modesto all'apparenza, cassa e menù con listino in primo piano, pizzaiolo e forno subito dopo. Ci ha fatto subito simpatia così abbiamo dato un'occhiata tra i vari gusti proposti e abbiamo scelto semplicemente due margherite e una bottiglia da litro. Abbiamo pagato e atteso di essere chiamati, accomodandoci al nostro tavolo. Non viene offerto il servizio, è molto spartana la gestione della consegna al cliente e sinceramente va benissimo così per la tipologia del locale. Ci siamo trovati molto bene, i posti a sedere sono vari e la pizza buona, sottile e digeribile soprattutto. Il personale si contraddistingue per la gentilezza e la disponibilità. Il cliente come premesso si gestisce in modo autonomo, lasciando alla fine del pasto , il tavolo pulito e sgombro di tutto, grazie alla presenza dei contenitori per la raccolta differenziata. La posizione è strategica: un'attività immersa tra altre realtà gastronomiche che si differenzia a suo modo. Dal tavolo si ammira il castello medievale e la caporta dalla quale prende vita il passeggio verso il cuore verde del paese, la villa con parcogiochi e altri punti d'interesse culinario. Costi: onesti e abbordabili Ci ritornerei? Ovviamente sì. I went out to Corigliano with my family. With few programs, the classic motto "let's go out and see where to eat at the moment". We were intrigued by this place, modest in appearance, cashier and menu with price list in the foreground, pizza maker and oven immediately after. He immediately appealed to us so we took a look at the various flavors on offer and we simply chose two daisies and a liter bottle. We paid and waited to be called, taking a seat at our table. The service is not offered, the management of delivery to the customer is very spartan and frankly, that's fine for the type of place. We enjoyed it very much, the seats are varied and the pizza good, thin and digestible above all. The staff stands out for its kindness and availability. The customer, as stated, manages autonomously, leaving the table clean and free of everything at the end of the meal, thanks to the presence of containers for separate waste collection. The location is strategic: an activity immersed in other gastronomic realities that differs in its own way. From the table you can admire the medieval castle and the caporta from which the walk towards the green heart of the country comes to life, the villa with playgrounds and other points of culinary interest. Costs: honest and affordable Would I go there again? Obviously yes.

La pizza ottima, un impasto leggero e friabile, condimenti di qualità e genuini. Personale giovane, e supergentile specchio del Salento che amo. In più vista sui castello superba. Il tutto ad un prezzo veramente onesto. anche sono una pizzeria da asporto hanno dei tavoli fuori che si possono utilizzare. Bravi appena ripassiamo ci rifermiamo!!! Found by chance searching on Google for pizzeria along the way, this pizzeria was truly a boon. The excellent pizza, a light and crumbly dough, quality and genuine toppings. Young staff, and super-kind mirror of Salento that I love. In more view on the superb castle. All at a truly honest price. they are also a takeaway pizzeria and have tables outside that you can use. Well done as soon as we review we refer !!!

Si può scegliere tra vari tipi d'impasto,dal classico all' integrale al multicereali e addirittura ogni mese varia con impasti ricercati e di qualità ( io ho provato l' impasto di quel mese: integrale con la crema di zucca). Ingredienti freschi, vista sul castello del paese, titolare gentilissimo... da provare e riprovare! We ate pizza. Truly excellent. You can choose between various types of dough, from classic to wholemeal to multigrain and even every month varies with refined and quality dough (I tried the dough of that month: wholemeal with pumpkin cream).
