I did a phone card change as the old one did not go into the new phone. The girl was very good and competent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Io no ho ancora capito se questo è un centro TIM, oppure è un centro farlocco. Penso che non sia così difficile, "Ma ci vuole un po' di tempo" per fare un passaggio di intestatario. Prezzi impressionanti "Prodotti in loco, non venduti da aziende 3°". Personale presuntuoso ed arrogante, ho avuto una brutta impressione quando i ragazzi hanno detto ad una povera anziana che aveva perso tutto i contatti quando ha portato io telefono da loro ad aggiustare. Penso che il modo semplice per non perdere i contatti e quello di fare il backup su una scheda SIM di essi, e poi di resettare il telefono. Sono indignato
I have not yet figured out if this is a TIM center, or it is a douch center. I think it's not that difficult, "But it takes a little time" to make a change of nominee. Impressive prices "Products on site, not sold by 3rd companies". Presumptuous and arrogant staff, I had a bad impression when the boys told a poor old woman that she had lost all contact when she brought the phone to fix them. I think the easy way to not lose contacts is to backup them to a SIM card, and then reset the phone. I am outraged

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lascio questa recensione perchè oggi pomeriggio mia madre è andata al centro per chiedere la cortesia di aiutarla a fare un aggiornamento di whatsApp che lei non riusciva a fare e che io non potevo farle perchè non vivo con lei e sono fuori regione. Bene: la ragazza che lavorava oggi pomeriggio 28/08/18 è stata molto carina e comprensiva e la ringrazio ancora perchè so che non era un suo compito. Il proprietario invece è stato estremamente maleducato e scorbutico (io ero al telefono con mamma ed ho sentito come l'ha trattata). Al proprietario voglio dire che anche se mia madre non si è presentato vestita firmata è una signora e va trattata come tale non come ha fatto lui, non devono essere gli abiti firmati o le mani pulite a difendere la dignità di una persona; voglio dire inoltre che il servizio ricevuto (aggiornamento di whatsApp che tutti sappiamo non costa nulla) lo ha pagato, proprio per il fastidio arrecato. Se fosse possibile chiederei il ritiro della licenza ad avere rapporti con pubblico per questo signore. Grazie ancora alla ragazza che lavora presso questo centro tim e che è stata così gentile.
I leave this review because this afternoon my mother went to the center to ask for the courtesy of helping her to make a whatsApp update that she couldn't do and that I couldn't do her because I don't live with her and I'm outside the region. Well: the girl who worked this afternoon 08/28/18 was very nice and understanding and I thank her again because I know it wasn't her job. The owner on the other hand was extremely rude and grumpy (I was on the phone with Mom and I heard how he treated her). To the owner I want to say that even if my mother did not show up dressed in a signature style, she is a lady and should be treated as such, not as he did, it must not be designer clothes or clean hands that defend the dignity of a person; I also want to say that the service received (whatsApp update that we all know costs nothing) paid for it, precisely for the inconvenience caused. If it were possible I would ask for the withdrawal of the license to have relations with the public for this gentleman. Thanks again to the girl who works at this center and who was so kind.
