Se i dipendenti Tim avessero solo il 20% dell'educazione e preparazione della signora M.Rosaria, la Tim potrebbe competere con i migliori operatori internazionali, invece io credo che soprattutto i risponditori telefonici sono degli imboscati che si nascondono dietro le sigle e numerini.
