The dough is fermented for 48 hours and comes out crusty and bubbly and soft inside. The sauce tastes like tomatoes and the topping are of excellent quality. But the amazing dough is the key here. I would travel far to have a good pizza and this one deserves a long trip outside Turin or neighboring towns. Try the pizza buratta. Yum!!
