Impasto biscottata che ad ogni morso si sfaldava e Nutella praticamente inesistente, spalmata al punto tale che per il calore si era completamente seccata Pizza nothing special and awful sweet ... Pizza squisita, così come i dolci. Buon prezzo e posto tranquillo se si vuole passare la serata dinanzi a una bella pizza e non solo. Consiglio ;) I've been there three times already. The restaurant itself is not large, but they are welcoming, always with a smile and available, the waitress above all !!! Delicious pizza, as well as desserts. Good price and quiet place if you want to spend the evening in front of a nice pizza and more. Advice ;)

Provando a richiamarli ho perso tempo, in quanto proseguivano con la loro linea: ignorare il cliente Siamo in un momento delicato e ste recensioni non vorrei neanche farle, ma quando ti prendono in giro è giusto rendere noto quanto faccia schifo il servizio. Se non avete voglia, non siete in grado o qualsiasi altra cosa, sarebbe il caso di salutare o quantomeno ridimensionare il tutto.... Pessima esperienza Out of 3 orders made on justeat 2 completely ignored. Trying to call them back I wasted time, as they continued with their line: ignore the customer We are in a delicate moment and I would not even want to do these reviews, but when they make fun of you it is right to make known how much the service sucks. If you do not feel like it, you are not able or whatever, it would be the case to say hello or at least to resize everything .... Bad experience
A	Alessandro Battaglia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho dovuto chiamare l'assistenza di Just Eat per poter annullare l'ordine, questo perché ho atteso 5 pizze circa 2 ore e 40 minuti. L'ordine doveva essere consegnato per le 21.20 e alle 22.30 ancora aspettavo, nonostante fossi stato rassicurato personalmente dal locale che sarebbe arrivata AL MASSIMO entro le 21.50; fortunatamente ho scelto di pagare alla consegna nonostante solitamente non lo faccia. Il locale non ha risposto neanche all'assistenza di Just Eat, per darvi un'idea della professionalità. Inoltre l'ordine è stato segnato "in consegna" prima che fosse anche solo fuori dal forno e "consegnato" circa un'ora prima che io potessi annullare il tutto. Nell'attesa gli altri locali hanno finito di prendere gli ordini, lasciandomi a digiuno nella casa nuova dove non possiedo ancora i fornelli. È la prima volta che mi capita una cosa simile, tramite app e anche semplicemente prenotando direttamente presso un locale; per concludere, la pizzeria (chiamata due volte) non si è minimamente scusata per il disagio e tantomeno offerta di riparare alla situazione con un offerta extra come usualmente può fare un professionista nell'ambito della ristorazione. I had to call Just Eat assistance to be able to cancel the order, this is because I waited for 5 pizzas for about 2 hours and 40 minutes. The order had to be delivered by 9.20 pm and at 10.30 pm I was still waiting, even though I had been personally reassured by the restaurant that it would arrive at MAXIMUM by 9.50 pm; luckily I have chosen to pay on delivery although I usually don't. The place didn't even respond to Just Eat's assistance, to give you an idea of the professionalism. Also, the order was marked "in delivery" before it was even out of the oven and "delivered" about an hour before I could cancel it all. While waiting, the other places have finished taking orders, leaving me fasting in the new house where I do not yet have the stove. It is the first time that such a thing has happened to me, through the app and also simply by booking directly at a club; to conclude, the pizzeria (called twice) did not apologize in the least for the inconvenience and even less offered to fix the situation with an extra offer as usually a professional in the catering sector can do.

Sottilissima, appena cotta, con qualche ingrediente che si incontrava raramente sulla pizza.... Pizze pagate almeno 3 euro in più rispetto ai cinesi che le fanno molto meglio! Un consiglio: se non sapete organizzare le consegne non fatele, fareste una figura migliore! 50 minutes late and a pizza that was really worth it and I'm still paying her a compliment .. Very thin, just cooked, with some ingredients that were rarely found on the pizza .... Pizzas paid at least 3 euros more than the Chinese who they do much better! A tip: if you don't know how to organize deliveries, don't do them, you would make a better impression!

The fact of having seen Portofino on the pizza box speaks for itself. First and only time tried takeaway here a couple of years ago, never again.
