Vista la lunga permanenza che avremmo dovuto fare in America (2 settimane), i chilometri che avremmo dovuto percorrere e le intense tappe che saremmo andati a fare, abbiamo pensato di affidarci ad esperti del settore per prenotare voli, hotel e noleggiare l’auto. La richiesta prevedeva una risposta in breve tempo e l’agenzia è riuscita far coincidere velocità e professionalità, rispondendo a qualsiasi nostra esigenza. Ripeto, il tutto in tempi molto stretti. Pertanto ritengo che l’agenzia si merito cinque stelle per la professionalità dedicataci e per la velocità con cui ha soddisfatto le nostre esigenze. Il motivo principale delle 3 stelle è dovuto al pre-viaggio, in primis dal preventivo che allego; un preventivo senza indicazione di dove si andrà a dormire e per di più con informazioni sulle colazioni completamente errate. Riguardo alla compagnia di nolo auto non sapevamo quale fosse. Ci era stato detto che la cifra da pagare per aggiungere il bagaglio in stiva sarebbe stata di 60€ a testa che si sono "magicamente" trasformati in 80€ dopo la conferma del preventivo. Gli orari dei voli aerei messi a preventivo sono risultati diversi da quelli effettivi, insomma, informazioni dal preventivo nulle o errate. Ho chiesto spiegazioni sul nolo auto in quanto il nostro viaggio prevedeva il passaggio in 4 Stati e solitamente i contratti di noleggio auto prevedono la clausola di divieto di uscita dal Paese, cosa che effettivamente c'era, la domanda che ho posto è stata se "Stato" fosse inteso come Stato degli Stati Uniti o Stati Uniti stessi, la risposta è stata "nessuno ha mai avuto problemi". Per appoggiarmi ad un'agenzia viaggi mi sembrano pecche non da poco. Alla fine il viaggio è andato bene, hotel carini tranne uno (catena motel 6). Compagnia di nolo auto pessima (Thrifty).
