E' stata molto cortese e puntuale in tutte le informazioni del caso, anche in considerazione del fatto che abbiamo prenotato praticamente la settimana prima della partenza. Tutto è andato esattamente come da programma, non posso che fare i complimenti alla Caesar e ringraziare Sara per la cortesia. Booked a trip online, we were followed by Sara from the Bologna agency. She was very courteous and punctual in all the necessary information, also in consideration of the fact that we booked practically the week before departure. Everything went exactly as scheduled, I can only congratulate Caesar and thank Sara for the courtesy.

Nonostante non avessimo fatto l'assicurazione (saremmo dovuti partire dopo qualche giorno) la nostra tour operator Sara Paonessa è riuscita a salvarci, consentendoci di ottenere il rimborso totale di quanto pagato nemmeno 24 ore prima. E' stata molto gentile e disponibile. We booked a trip and unfortunately we had a sudden setback and had to cancel the trip immediately after payment. Although we had not taken out the insurance (we should have left after a few days) our tour operator Sara Paonessa managed to save us, allowing us to obtain a full refund of the amount paid even 24 hours before. She was very kind and helpful.
