Mi spiace solo aver conosciuto questo tour operator troppo tardi ma per me ora sarà il primo ad essere consultato !!!! Di nuovo complimemti. Participated in the trip to Algeria Oct / Nov 2019. Interesting trip, guide, trips, hotels, restaurants, places visited all ok. I only regret having met this tour operator too late but for me now it will be the first to be consulted !!!! Complimemti again.
A	Armida Batori on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho partecipato al viaggio Sulle orme di Monet e devo dire che è stata un'esperienza affascinante: un percorso attraverso luoghi insoliti sia sulla costa, in villaggi come Deauville, Dieppe, Honfleur, che in città come Le Havre e Rouen che hanno rivelato aspetti inaspettati e di grande interesse. Fino alla visita di Giverny che definirei un luogo magico e fondamentale per la conoscenza di Monet. Grazie Claudio e ... al prossimo viaggio! I participated in the journey In the footsteps of Monet and I must say that it was a fascinating experience: a journey through unusual places both on the coast, in villages like Deauville, Dieppe, Honfleur, and in cities like Le Havre and Rouen that revealed unexpected aspects and of great interest. Until Giverny's visit, which I would call a magical and fundamental place for the knowledge of Monet. Thanks Claudio and ... to the next trip!
M	Maria Laura Piersanti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tour Albania, Macedonia Grecia. Itinerario interessante, ma probabilmente mai sperimentato sul campo. Refusi e sovrapposizioni nel programma scritto. Troppe tappe nella stessa giornata, a volte molto distanti tra loro, non tutte imperdibili. Lunghi tratti in bus (navetta da 15 posti ad incastro non idonea ad accompagnare viaggi di 9 giorni); tempi di percorrenza non correttamente calcolati dall’organizzazione e puntualmente raddoppiati o triplicati con conseguente ritardo nelle visite, nei pasti (pranzi anche alle 16.30) e nella sistemazione in hotel (anche alle 22.00). La scelta di alcuni hotel decisamente inadeguata. La struttura ricettiva di Pristina, da cancellare. Accompagnatrice comprensiva e disponibile sul piano umano, dedita ai viaggiatori in difficoltà, ma spesso estemporanea nelle decisioni e nella tabella di marcia. Disorientamento generale e stanchezza. Altra grave carenza organizzativa: non è stato comunicato ai partecipanti che fosse obbligatoria (in alternativa al passaporto) la Carta d’Identità ELETTRONICA per transitare in KOSOVO (non basta quella cartacea valida per l’espatrio, come invece scritto nella Comunicazione dell’Agenzia) con il rischio di avere seri problemi alla frontiera. Che dire? I posti, ricchi di storia e di fascino, meritano senz’altro il viaggio; l’organizzazione e la proposta sono completamente da rivedere. Tour Albania, Macedonia Greece. Interesting itinerary, but probably never experienced in the field. Forgings and overlaps in the written program. Too many stops on the same day, sometimes very distant from each other, not all not to be missed. Long stretches by bus (15 seat interlocking shuttle not suitable for accompanying 9-day trips); journey times not correctly calculated by the organization and doubled or tripled on time with consequent delay in visits, meals (lunches also at 16.30) and accommodation in the hotel (also at 22.00). The choice of some hotels is definitely inadequate. Pristina accommodation facility, to be canceled. Companion who is comprehensive and available on a human level, dedicated to travelers in difficulty, but often impromptu in decisions and schedules. General disorientation and fatigue. Another serious organizational deficiency: the participants were not informed that the ELECTRONIC IDENTITY Card was mandatory (as an alternative to the passport) for transit in KOSOVO (the paper version valid for expatriation, as written in the Communication of the Agency, is not enough) with the risk of having serious problems at the border. What to say? The places, rich in history and charm, certainly deserve the trip; the organization and the proposal are completely to be reviewed.
