★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scooter rottamato con loro ad agosto 2020 (ritiro mezzo e rilascio certificato), dopo la richiesta di pagamento del bollo e vari controlli al pra risulta registrata la rottamazione a ottobre 2020. Al telefono non risponde nessuno! Dovrò ricorrere a vie legali sicuramente! Inaffidabili e incompetenti

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cosa dire, truffati alla grande..macchina consegnata ad un carroattrezzi "convenzionato" il 17 febbraio 2021 e mai demolita. Non hanno mai risposto al telefono e cosi ci siamo insospettiti..Dopo 1 mese, da una visura fatta personalmente, abbiamo visto che la macchina non è stata demolita. Non solo abbiamo speso 40 euro per il carroattrezzi, ma per risolvere immediatamente dalla truffa abbiamo optato di fare la perdita di possesso all'Aci, altri 80 euro, ma almeno abbiamo risolto. Vergogna!
What to say, scammed to the great ... machine delivered to a "contracted" tow truck on February 17, 2021 and never demolished. They never answered the phone and so we became suspicious .. After 1 month, from a survey made personally, we saw that the car was not demolished. Not only did we spend 40 euros for the wrecker, but to solve the scam immediately we opted to make the loss of possession to Aci, another 80 euros, but at least we have solved it. Shame!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Truffatori, ritirato lo scooter a luglio 2020 per rottamazione ad oggi, novembre 2021 risulta non rottamato e con bollo da pagare.
Scammers, withdrawn the scooter in July 2020 for scrapping to date, November 2021 is not scrapped and with stamp duty to be paid.

E' da ottobre che hanno preso in custodia la mia auto per eseguire la rottamazione, ma a tutt'oggi ancora non ho ricevuto nessuna documentazione che attesti l'avvenuta rottamazione.
Per non parlare dei recapiti telefonici, dove non risponde nessuno e dell'indirizzo pec dove ricevono l'email ma neanche si degnano di rispondere.
Se qualcuno avesse qualche altro recapito funzionante o altro mezzo per contattarlo me lo faccia sapere. Grazie.

Since October they have taken my car into custody to carry out the scrapping, but to date I still have not received any documentation certifying the scrapping.
Not to mention the telephone numbers, where no one answers and the pec address where they receive the email but they don't even deign to answer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hanno atteso che trascorressero 4 mesi dalla consegna dell'auto, lasciando scadere la validità del bollo e per un giorno di ritardo, dovrò pagare il bollo di un anno intero. Irrintracciabili al telefono.( Per fortuna risulta avvenuta la rottamazione).
