Sono stato da loro per richiedere un preventivo per installare due climatizzatori forniti da me; mi è stato proposto un sopralluogo senza impegno per valutare la spesa. Dopo tre giorni non si erano ancora fatti sentire per fissare un appuntamento, allora decido di contattarli per avere qualche notizia, e mi dicono che mi avrebbero ricontattato loro lo stesso pomeriggio per fissare l’appuntamento. La chiamata non l’ho mai ricevuta, ed è andata così per altre tre volte nel corso di tre settimane, senza una chiamata, senza un ricontatto. Niente di niente. Assolutamente insoddisfatto per la poca serietà dimostrata.

I went to them to request a quote to install two air conditioners supplied by me; I was offered a non-binding inspection to assess the cost. After three days they still hadn't called to make an appointment, so I decide to contact them to get some news, and they tell me that they would contact me the same afternoon to make an appointment. I never received the call, and it went like this three more times over the course of three weeks, without a call, without a recontact. Nothing at all. Absolutely dissatisfied with the lack of seriousness shown.

RINGRAZIO VIVAMENTE IL SIG PASQUALE ANDREA ED ALLESSANDRO GIUSTI PER LA CORDIALI E LA CORTESIA DIMOSTRATA ..... CONSIGLIATISSIMO !!!! INSTALLATORE TOP!!
Punctuality, precision and professionalism are what distinguish the good ones from the better ones of the others .... this is the case of the right hydrothermal .... contacted 24 hours before they installed a beretta condensing boiler in a workmanlike manner in a hour and a half .... releasing all the appropriate certifications .... and leaving no trace of their passage .. EXCEPTIONAL !! HIGHLY THANKS TO MR PASQUALE ANDREA AND ALLESSANDRO GIUSTI FOR THE CORDIALI AND THE PROVEN COURTESY ..... HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !!!! TOP INSTALLER !!
