Ci sono stata stamattina e montandomi il parabrezza mi hanno strisciato la macchina.. quando me ne sono accorta e gliel ho detto, la loro risposta è stata che c'era già.. ma siamo pazzi?! Tra l altro io avevo chiamato un numero di mirano trovato in internet, ma il giorno dell' appuntamento non vedendomi arrivare mi hanno chiamata dicendomi che dovevo recarmi a tessera.. ma io dico, io il vostro modo di lavorare non lo conosco, se avevano più sedi, potevano almeno dirmi dove sarei dovuta andare? Insomma, uno schifo totale.. Sconsigliatissimo!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cordiali ed efficienti. C'è stato un piccolo disguido con dei danni subiti nel cambio del parabrezza che però a richiesta hanno sistemato senza nulla chiedere. Mi spiace soltanto che non si siano fatto avanti loro subito. Me ne sono accorta io successivamente. Con il beneficio del dubbio che magari non si siano accorti in loco di aver causato un danno.
Friendly and efficient. There was a small misunderstanding with some damage suffered in the change of the windshield which, on request, they fixed without asking anything. I'm just sorry they didn't come forward right away. I noticed it later. With the benefit of the doubt that they may not have noticed on site that they have caused damage.
