★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato delle lampade G4 12v. Nel momento della conferma d'ordine ho notato che non mi aveva selezionato in modo corretto la tipologia del colore 4000k . Allora l'ho inserito nelle note che a sua volta è uscita in modo dettagliato nella conferma d'ordine in cui rammentato di inserire delle 4000k al posto delle 6500 K.
Arrivate le 6500K....chiamato in assistenza... Mi invita di mandare una mail tra le quali avevo già inviato qualche giorno prima senza avere risposta.... E anche in questo caso dopo la seconda mail non sono come devo comportarmi se renderle o ho preso una fregatura.
Poca serenità.... Fate attenzione

6500K arrived .... called for assistance ... He invites me to send an email among which I had already sent a few days before without receiving an answer .... And even in this case after the second email I am not how I should behave if make them or I got a rip off.
