★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho accompagnato un amico che aveva il decoder Sky guasto. Hanno fatto un sacco di storie per accettare la richiesta di sostituzione, alla fine però lo hanno cambiato. Nel complesso sono stati scrupolosi ed attenti.
I accompanied a friend who had a broken Sky decoder. They made a lot of fuss about accepting the replacement request, but in the end they changed it. Overall they were thorough and attentive.

Oggi 13 04 2018 mi sono preso una giornata di ferie perché sarebbero dovuto venire un loro “tecnico” alle 10 di mattina per l’installazione di Sky Q ,non si è presentato nessuno!
Ho provato tremila volte a chiamare sia il cellulare del tecnico che mi aveva contattato per fissare l’appuntamento, sia loro per avere qualche informazione, ma non mi hanno mai risposto!
Da evitare!
To say that they are not serious is an understatement!
Today 13 04 2018 I took a day off because one of their "technicians" should have come at 10 in the morning for the installation of Sky Q, nobody showed up!
I tried three thousand times to call both the cell phone of the technician who had contacted me to fix the appointment, and they to get some information, but they never answered me!
To avoid!

non lo consiglio affatto!
Not so much for the employees, poor slaves, but the owners, are somewhat hateful and unpleasant.
I don't recommend it at all!
