Il problema al di là del danno, delle ferite e dello spavento, è che il titolare si è rifiutato di venire nell'immediato per mettere in sicurezza il resto delle ante di cristallo e mi ha invitato a vedermela da solo. Ingenuamente mi ha anche bloccato su wa. Davvero esperienza allucinante. Il post vendita è fondamentale e l'assistenza al cliente specie quando questi manufatti si rompono deve essere tempestiva soprattutto per evitare danni materiali e soprattutto fisici.
