Quando l'ho contattato via mail ha risposto nel giro di pochi minuti, fornendomi un contatto telefonico per poter capire meglio di cosa avessi bisogno. Mi ha spiegato esattamente il tipo di gattaiola che avrei dovuto acquistare affinché il lavoro fosse duraturo e quando ho poi provveduto ad acquistarla è passato il giorno stesso a prendere le misure del vetro per iniziare il lavoro. Per altro avendomi dato una stima di spesa inferiore ai prezzi abituali ha deciso di non aumentare il costo assumendosi la responsabilità dell'errore. In pochissimi giorni ho avuto la gattaiola montata a casa nel giro di mezz'ora, dallo stesso Roberto, una persona, ripeto, davvero educata e professionale e ad un prezzo competitivo. Highly recommended! Mr. Roberto is of a courtesy and professionalism now increasingly rare. When I contacted him via e-mail, he replied within a few minutes, providing me with a telephone contact to be able to better understand what I needed. He explained to me exactly the type of cat flap I would have to buy so that the work was lasting and when I then proceeded to buy it, he spent the same day taking the measurements of the glass to start the work. On the other hand, having given me an estimate of expenditure lower than the usual prices, he decided not to increase the cost by taking responsibility for the error. In a few days I had the cat flap assembled at home within half an hour, by Roberto himself, a person, I repeat, really polite and professional and at a competitive price.

Ottimo servizio postvendita. Per i prossimi lavori che sono in progetto, sicuramente mi rivolgerò di nuovo a loro.
