Mi dispiace perché, devo dire, quando li abbiamo conosciuti per farci fare un piccolo vetro ornamentale per casa nostra si erano mostrati molto gentili, peccato che poi siano scomparsi. Dovevamo ricevere il vetro un mercoledì ma nessuno ci chiama, chiamiamo noi il giorno dopo e ci viene detto che avevano avuto problemi con la produzione di quel vetro perché la loro macchina aveva avuto problemi con quel taglio ma di stare tranquilli perché la settimana successiva arrivava un tecnico a sistemare le cose. Richiamiamo la settimana successiva e non ci risponde la solita signora ma un uomo che ci dice che il vetro non era fatto ma di non preoccuparsi perché loro ora avevano tanto lavoro e dovevano consegnare altri lavori ma la settimana successiva ci avrebbero fatto il pezzo. Sono passati due mesi e nessuno si è fatto sentire Ora, io progetto alberghi, ristoranti ed hospitality anche di lusso ed anche di una certa importanza e ampiezza, avrei anche potuto essere un cliente top nel prossimo futuro e richiedere forniture importanti, non solo il piccolo vetro per casa nostra, purtroppo sono stato snobbato e non considerato da quella che mi sembrava una buona vetreria artigianale ma che si è rivelata una pessima vetreria di provincia. Ovviamente ritiro il mio piccolo ordine e sconsiglio a chiunque di farne. I am sorry to have to give a single star to this small glassware but unfortunately it is the result of a bad experience. Two months have passed and no one has spoken Now, I design hotels, restaurants and hospitality also of luxury and also of a certain importance and breadth, I could also have been a top customer in the near future and request important supplies, not just the small glass for our home, unfortunately I was snubbed and not considered by what seemed to me a good artisan glass factory but which turned out to be a bad provincial glass factory. Obviously I withdraw my small order and I advise against anyone making it.
