★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Credo di essere stata una vostra cliente, mi avete cambiato un vetro ad una finestra e un'anta ad una vetrinetta. Non ho dato un punteggio pieno in quanto chi mi ha risposto al telefono la prima volta che vi ho contattati è stata una persona non proprio gradevole nei modi. Poi chi ha preso le misure del vetro x la vetrinetta ha sbagliato per due volte. Ho dovuto aspettare per oltre 15 giorni e comunque anche ora il vetro è più corto di quanto dovrebbe essere.
Io credo che siate voi, se poi non è così me ne scuso.
I think I was a customer of yours, you changed a pane of glass for a window and a door to a cabinet. I did not give full marks as the person who answered the phone the first time I contacted you was not a very pleasant person. Then whoever took the measurements of the glass x the showcase was wrong twice. I had to wait for over 15 days and even now the glass is shorter than it should be.
