Unfriendliness and lack of professionalism for an unimportant job (a real broken aluminum frame. I was given the frame with the "flying" glass, without gasket). I went to "Metallinfissi" from them: 5-star courtesy and great professionalism for an unimportant job, in fact, they didn't want anything, but they helped me!
