★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho chiesto se potevano realizzare 4 specchietti su misura da una sagoma di 12cm x 8cm, mi è stato detto che in circa 10 giorni al prezzo da loro concordato avrei avuto i miei pezzi, dopo varie telefonate, passati i 10 giorni mi vengono consegnati i 4 specchietti, tagliati male, senza rispettare le misure e nessuno dei 4 era identico all'altro, faccio notare che i pezzi sono sbagliati e mi viene detto di ripassare la settimana dopo, dopo 15 giorni telefono e i pezzi non sono pronti ma mi viene detto che appena lo saranno verrò contattato.
Passa 1 mese e ancora nulla, oggi dopo 2 mesi mi presento per chiedere notizia e mi viene detto che i pezzi non sono stati ne rifatti ne migliorati quelli gia fatti in precedenza, inoltre mi viene detto che si erano sbagliati sul prezzo e che dovevo pagare il doppio, così chiedo se gli specchi verranno rifatti e mi viene detto di no.
Quindi dovrei pagare il doppio di quello che mi è stato detto da loro all'inizio, e dopo oltre 2 mesi non avrò neanche i pezzi come li ho chiesti io ma come loro ritengono sia giusto (cioè con le misure sbagliate).
Dopo un po di tira e molla è intervenuto il titolare che ha capito la situazione (a differenza delle 2 segretarie) e mi ha fatto riavere i miei soldi.
Ho perso quasi 3 mesi dietro a loro, sto ancora aspettando una telefonata (perchè non richiamano mai) e oltretutto la qualità del taglio era pietosa.
Detto questo sconsiglio questa vetreria perchè con me sono stati inefficienti, pretenziosi e non sono riusciti a fare un rettangolo con 2 angoli smussati e 2 a spigolo
I asked if they could make 4 custom-made mirrors from a 12cm x 8cm shape, I was told that in about 10 days at the price they agreed I would have my pieces, after several phone calls, after 10 days the 4 are delivered to me mirrors, badly cut, without respecting the measurements and none of the 4 was identical to the other, I point out that the pieces are wrong and I am told to come back the next week, after 15 days I phone and the pieces are not ready but I am told that as soon as they are, I will be contacted.
1 month passes and still nothing, today after 2 months I show up to ask for news and I am told that the pieces have not been redone or improved those already made previously, moreover I am told that they were wrong about the price and that I had to pay double, so I ask if the mirrors will be redone and I'm told no.
So I would have to pay double what I was told by them at the beginning, and after over 2 months I will not even have the pieces as I asked for them but as they believe is right (i.e. with the wrong measurements).
After a bit of back and forth, the owner intervened and understood the situation (unlike the 2 secretaries) and made me get my money back.
I lost almost 3 months behind them, I'm still waiting for a phone call (because they never call back) and moreover the quality of the cut was pitiful.
Having said that I do not recommend this glassware because with me they have been inefficient, pretentious and have not been able to make a rectangle with 2 rounded corners and 2 sharp corners
