Molto poco condivisibile la scelta di non organizzare anticipatamente gli appuntamenti su prenotazione. Mi sono trovata ad arrivare in anticipo trovando già coda e dovendo aspettare di fuori un quarto d’ora oltre l’orario di apertura senza trovare una nota appesa o un campanello. Nonostante i commenti positivi non ripeterò il tentativo, perché non credo valga la pena della sofferenza dell’animale in gabbia in attesa. They are probably the only voice out of the chorus but the first experience at the vet was just a wasted journey. The choice not to organize appointments in advance by reservation is very unacceptable. I found myself arriving early, already finding a queue and having to wait outside for a quarter of an hour after opening hours without finding a hanging note or a bell. Despite the positive comments, I will not repeat the attempt, because I do not think the suffering of the animal in the waiting cage is worth it.
