Bad experience, material passed off as Made in Italy but not quite like that. It can be seen from the product data sheets. Check every part of the contract well. Smart !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho cambiato gli infissi un anno fa... pur essendo belli esteticamente e di qualità, non sono stati puliti internamente dalle ventose e dalle etichette di produzione prima di essere montati e , ogni qual volta si appannano , si vedono cerchi , rettangoli e segni di adesivo di ogni tipo e forma. Ho sollecitato mille volte per telefono e di persona, ma dopo essere venuti a vedere, cercano di rimpallarsi il problema con la vetraria che li serve e di girarmi la frittata. Morale della favola... toglierò la recensione ad una stella se è quando si decideranno a sostituirmi i vetri.
I changed the fixtures a year ago ... although they are aesthetically beautiful and of quality, they have not been cleaned internally by the suction cups and production labels before being mounted and, whenever they mist up, you can see circles, rectangles and signs of adhesive of all types and shapes. I have solicited a thousand times over the phone and in person, but after coming to see, they try to repack the problem with the glass that serves them and turn me over the omelette. Moral of the story ... I'll remove the one-star review if that's when they decide to replace the glasses.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Interpellati per un problema alla maniglia di un infisso ( non di loro fabbricazione ) mandano un tecnico per visione ( 70,00€ di uscita ) e poi, dopo più di 2 settimane e dopo mio sollecito telefonico, mi informano che la politica aziendale non prevede di intervenire su serramenti non di loro fabbricazione... a saperlo prima risparmiavo 70,00€...
When asked about a problem with the handle of a door or window (not of their own manufacture), they send a technician for inspection (€ 70.00 exit) and then, after more than 2 weeks and after my telephone reminder, they inform me that the company policy does not provide to intervene on doors and windows not of their own manufacture ... to know before I saved € 70.00 ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho scelto 2 anni fa di affidare a loro l’installazione degli infissi, ho avuto problemi fin da subito, su diversi Infissi e chiusure, ora addirittura ho gli infissi rivolti verso sud(quindi esposti in pieno sole)che hanno avuto anche una curvatura creando fessure e spifferi d’aria hai lati. Mi dispiace ma a volte il prezzo migliore non è quello più conveniente. Valutate molto attentamente prima di scegliere il proprio fornitore, soprattutto se si tratta di case di pregio come la nostra.
I chose 2 years ago to entrust them with the installation of the fixtures, I had problems right away, on various fixtures and closures, now I even have the fixtures facing south (therefore exposed in full sun) which also had a curvature creating cracks and drafts of air you have sides. I'm sorry but sometimes the best price is not the cheapest one. Evaluate very carefully before choosing your supplier, especially if it comes to prestigious homes like ours.
