★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loro sono sempre gentilissime, disponibili, una visita può durare anche 40/50 minuti perché si prendono il giusto tempo per rispondere alle tue domande, per coccolare un po' il tuo animale e per dargli le cure giuste. Consigliano anche quali alimenti comprare e ti spiegano perché lo preferiscono. A me hanno spiegato quali sono i processi di realizzazione delle crocchette per gatti, io non ne ero a conoscenza, e mi hanno guidato anche nella giusta scelta di quelle per la mia gattina. Mi sono trovata benissimo sin dalla prima volta e non cambierò più anche se mi sto per trasferire in un'altra zona della città. Continuate così!
They are always very kind, available, a visit can last even 40/50 minutes because they take the right time to answer your questions, to pamper your pet a little and to give him the right care. They also recommend which foods to buy and tell you why they prefer it. They explained to me what are the processes of making kibble for cats, I was not aware of them, and they also guided me in the right choice of those for my kitten. I had a great time from the first time and I will never change again even if I am about to move to another area of the city. Keep it up!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Presso questo ambulatorio veterinario , mi sono sempre trovata benissimo le dottoresse , sono molto competenti e gentilissime , in varie occasioni ho avuto necessità di rivolgermi a loro telefonicamente, oltre l 'orario "consentito " ed ho comunque ricevuto aiuto !!!!!!
At this veterinary clinic, the doctors have always had a great time, they are very competent and very kind, on several occasions I needed to contact them by phone, after the "allowed" time and I still received help !!!!!!

Disorganizzazione, attese lunghe e scortesia. E non sono neppure economici perché applicano le stesse tariffe di quelli bravi. Sono andata tre volte perché vicino a casa ma dovevo fermarmi alla prima. Pessimi
