I veterinari sono stati professionali, disponibili e chiari. Ho sempre avuto la sensazione che fossero attenti all'interesse del cane più di quanto potessero esserlo al loro aspetto economico e per questo li ringrazio. My dog was cured of acute pancreatitis at this clinic. Both on this occasion and in the past my experience has been excellent. The vets were professional, helpful and clear. I always had the feeling that they were more attentive to the interest of the dog than they could be to their economic aspect and for this I thank them.

Non accetto assolutamente che venga detto a mio marito, che per prendere il cane deve assolutamente aver fatto il pagamento su cui Lui non ho posto alcun problema. Altrimenti cosa fanno? Non te lo danno? Aveva solo detto che mandava nostro figlio e che gli dessero gli estremi per fare il bonifico che avrebbe fatto in giornata. Penso a quelle persone che magari sono in difficoltà e non hanno, momentaneamente la disponibilità economica, che si sentono rispondere in questo modo! Dal punto di vista umano "ZERO"!!!! Bad experience. I can not talk in terms of Health which I have no expertise. Strongly I am told to my husband, that to take the dog should definitely have made the payment to which he did not pose any problems. If not, what do they do? Do not you give it? He just said it was sending our son and to give him the details to make a transfer that would have made the same day. Grazie davvero di cuore da parte nostra per tutto. Adesso Rocky riposa tranquillo a casa sua. Sono molto felice di averlo portato da loro. Forse l'unica pecca è che avrebbero potuto evitare di prescrivere delle pillole impossibili da somministrare al gatto, quando bastava una singola iniezione, come poi, in effetti, hanno fatto, dopo che ho spiegato il problema per telefono. Ma ho dovuto buttare una scatola di medicine quasi piena, visto che il gatto non voleva proprio saperne. Al di là di questo, comunque, sono persone molto gentili e qualificate. So di potermi fidare, sperando di non averne bisogno. Anche Grisù ringrazia. Six months ago I took my cat Grisù who was more over there than here. I didn't think I would see him again. Instead the doctors managed to save him. I am very happy I brought it to them. Perhaps the only flaw is that they could have avoided prescribing pills that were impossible to administer to the cat, when a single injection was enough, as they did after I explained the problem over the phone. But I had to throw away an almost full medicine box, as the cat just didn't want to know. Beyond that, however, they are very kind and qualified people. I know I can trust it, hoping I don't need it. E	Elisabeth Parsons on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctor Lamontanara Clelia is the best!!! She is so extremely patient. I take my dog in to get acupuncture done because of her back issues. My dog is a dachshund she’s very energetic even at her old age, she does not stay still, she cries and moves around a lot, the needles fall off and the doctor has to put them back and yet she’s always so patient with my dog and she even said that she’s used to because dachshund is literally the only breed that doesn’t relax doing acupuncture. I’ve seen so much improvement on my dog since I started bringing her here, it’s been amazing for her!!!
