Abbiamo trovato due dottoresse professionali ed empatiche al contempo. Ci hanno illustrato, dopo una lastra chiarificatrice, quali fossero le alternative per il nostro cane. Nel momento della scelta dolorosa di porre fine alla sua sofferenza, sono state estremamente pazienti e discrete. we went to the emergency room in the middle of the night. Unica cosa che ci vorebbe a trovare il modo di abbassare i costi, perché portando un animale al pronto soccorso per questione un po più grave ci vuole fare finanziamento. Ma gli sono comunque molto grata di avermelo salvato il mio gatto. The great service. The young but very good doctors, always available. Operazione chirurgica + lunga degenza + un sacco di bendaggi e ora il mio socio e quasi come prima. Tutto lo staff è stato gentile e premuroso soprattutto nei riguardi di Black ma anche nei miei; sempre disponibili, vista la grave situazione, mi hanno permesso di vederlo oltre il consentito e hanno sempre avuto un occhio di riguardo! Le critiche di certe recensioni non le capisco, la professionalità e il lavoro vanno pagati e al giusto prezzo! Ho due cani e ormai, dopo anni di marachelle, i prezzi li conosco e posso dirvi che sono in linea col mercato! Ringrazio tutti i dottori, le ragazze della degenza e le centraliniste! Grazie di CUORE!!! anche da Blacky!!! (p.s. chiede scusa ai dottori per i morsi) I brought my faithful friend Black (7kg dog) practically dying with his neck slashed by another dog well. . the year brought back to life! Surgery + long hospital stay + lots of bandages and now my partner is almost like before. All the staff was kind and thoughtful especially towards Black but also mine; always available, given the serious situation, they allowed me to see him beyond the allowed and have always had an eye! I do not understand the criticisms of certain reviews, professionalism and work must be paid and at the right price! I have two dogs and now, after years of pranks, I know the prices and I can tell you that they are in line with the market! I thank all the doctors, the girls in the hospital and the receptionists! Una sensibilità e una gentilezza di altri tempi, grazie! A clinic of extraordinary doctors and staff, I took my cat for an emergency on a Sunday morning, they performed all the necessary tests to arrive at a diagnosis which unfortunately was the worst, but to know that my Tati has been looked after and treated at best, it made her loss less painful. È stato due giorni ricoverato e abbiamo avuto la possibilità di chiamare per sentire come stesse. Un’ottima esperienza, molto professionali. La consiglio vivamente We went to the clinic because our rabbit was not well, even though it was evening and there is no specialist for exotic animals, the doctor who welcomed us and followed our bunny was very kind and very professional. L’amore non si dimostra con smielature inutili o parole ipocrite, ma con la prontezza d’azione, le corrette anamnesi e la professionalità che loro sanno adottare nei confronti dei nostri amati animali. Sono empatici ed amorevoli nella risoluzione del problema. Loro con i miei cani hanno dimostrato tutto questo. Privilege e One vi ringraziano con tanti slurp e scodinzolate.
