★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non sono sempre presenti nei negozi. La segreteria telefonica non fornisce altro che un indirizzo mail, che evidentemente non gli interessa controllare e tantomeno rispondere. Elettrodomestici cari rispetto all' effettiva qualità, sevizio in garanzia molto scadente. Sicuramente finite le garanzie saranno solerti nel rispondere ed intervenire perché si tratterà di altro guadagno per loro.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho chiamato per la riparazione di una lavatrice, tempo d'attesa 3 giorni (nulla di grave posso anche aspettare) nel mentre mi consigliano delle operazioni di pulizia che potevano risolvere il problema (gentilissimi), ma sta di fatto che il guasto non lo risolvo. Il giorno in cui aspettavo il tecnico ricevo una sua chiamata che mi dà altri consigli per evitare l'uscita, ma il guasto persiste.
Ricontattato quindi il centralino e mi dicono ancora ancora di fare le operazioni già fatte, al che mi viene spontaneo sottolineare che io ho bisogno di assistenza perché ho un problema, la loro risposta è stata che loro non hanno bisogno di prendere lavori come il mio e mi hanno salutato.
VERGOGNATEVI!!!!
I called for the repair of a washing machine, waiting time 3 days (nothing serious I can also wait) in the meantime they advise me of the cleaning operations that could solve the problem (very kind), but the fact is that the fault does not solve it . The day I was waiting for the technician I get a call from him giving me other advice to avoid the exit, but the fault persists.
Then contacted the switchboard again and they still tell me to do the operations already done, to which it comes naturally to me to point out that I need assistance because I have a problem, their answer was that they do not need to take jobs like mine and they greeted me.
SHAME ON YOU!!!!
