Mancanza di professionalità e scortesia, avevo un urgenza con il gatto in data 03/07/2021, ha iniziato a non urinare e lamentarsi verso primo pomeriggio, abbiamo chiamato il numero d'emergenza e la risposta da parte della "dottoressa" che ha risposto è stata -vada a vedere a Tolentino o Civitanova, io adesso ho un altra urgenza e non ci posso fare nulla. Il gatto minimo sta male da una settimana-. Dopo aver dato un giudizio senza neanche ascoltare, ho portato il gatto da un altro ambulatorio di Porto Sant'Elpidio dove al contrario il ragazzo si è dimostrato gentile e spiegando la situazione, il gatto ora sarà ricoverato per 2 giorni e il veterinario mi ha detto che sono stata lungimirante nell'accorgermi del problema subito, dato che non è facile. La qualifica di chiamarsi dottoressa è un onore e si dimostra prima di tutto nell'amore che si mette nel proprio lavoro. Cara dottoressa il gatto ha cristalli nelle urine. Se ha mai amato il suo lavoro e adesso non prova più la stessa passione, eviti di fare danno per favore e riconosca i suoi limiti. Capisco che possa esserci una giornata storta, ma non è permesso in professioni che hanno a che fare con la vita.
