Non mi danno nessuna risposta..allora mi presento di persona. L'infermiere mi fa entrare e mi fa vedere il gatto,entro per vederla,arriva la dottoressa Teresa, Invece di dirmi una parola di conforto..mi chiede un acconto con tono non proprio cortese, poi mi dice la prossima volta prendi appuntamento per vedere il gatto ?..a quel punto mi sono arrabbiata ? ho detto se per lei è solo un gatto ? per me è la mia bambina. Sto facendo sacrifici per pagare le spese,Quindi vorrei sapere se e viva o pure no....capisco che per voi è solo lavoro..ma senza un po' di umanità il lavoro che fate non vale nulla. ??
My cat is two days old today he is hospitalized in the clinic .... I called 4 times this morning to find out if my cat has spent the night given the severity of the virus. The nurse lets me in and shows me the cat, I go in to see her, Doctor Teresa arrives, Instead of saying a word of comfort ... she asks me for a deposit in a not very polite tone, then tells me next time make an appointment for see the cat ?..at that point I got angry ? I said if it's just a cat for her ? for me it's my little girl. I am making sacrifices to pay the expenses, so I would like to know if she is alive or not .... I understand that for you it is just work .. but without a little humanity the work you do is worth nothing. ??
