★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza pessima!Siamo arrivati con un un'appuntamento che non è stato mai preso siamo stati fortunati che il cliente ha chiamato ritardando.Entriamo visita la cagnolina controlla il cuore poi le orecchie nel frattempo aveva il telefono nell'orecchio poca professionalita'.Persona che non cerca di risolvere il problema del cane sforzandosi di capire cosa abbia veramente ma mette avanti la presunzione per avere ragione.Ho avuto 5 cani mai visto un veterinario del genere.Nemmeno a pesarlo ci ha preso.Lho pensato io.?♂️Buttato via 35€ per una visita di 5min non capendo nemmeno il rossore dell'occhio.Non parlo dell'altra che nemmeno lho vista,so solamente che ho preso l'appuntamento il mercoledì per venerdì non lo aveva segnato.Da evitare assolutamente anche perché se per sbaglio succede qualcosa al mio cane dopo non accetto scuse.Adios
Bad experience! We arrived with an appointment that was never taken we were lucky that the customer called delaying.We enter visit the dog checks her heart then her ears in the meantime she had the phone in her ear little professionalism. he does not try to solve the dog problem by trying to figure out what he really has but he puts forward the presumption to be right.I have had 5 dogs never seen a vet like that.He didn't even weigh him.I thought.?♂️ Thrown away 35 € for a visit of 5min not even understanding the redness of the eye. I am not talking about the other one that I have not even seen, I only know that I made the appointment on Wednesday for Friday she had not marked it. To be avoided absolutely also because if for I'm wrong something happens to my dog after I don't accept apologies.Adios

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Passione, professionalità, e serietà oltre che simpatia, modestia e pulizia(che non è così scontata) . Un luogo dove la salute dei nostri animali è gestita in modo olistico in scienza e coscienza, senza fronzoli e superbia, in cui il proprietario entra in prima persona nel processo diagnostico in quanto ascoltato (altra caratteristica molto rara). Insomma.. Brave brave brave le nostre Doc.
Passion, professionalism, and seriousness as well as sympathy, modesty and cleanliness (which is not so obvious). A place where the health of our animals is managed in a holistic way in science and conscience, without frills and pride, where the owner enters the diagnostic process firsthand as he is listened to (another very rare feature). Well .. Brave good good our Docs.

Per fortuna si trattava solo si una puntura di qualche insetto, ma la dottoressa è stata solerte, attenta e rassicurante. Cortesia e competenza ad altissimo livello. Ricevuti subito in ambiente curato e pulito, come un un ambulatorio per umani.
Made a little check for fear my Bully had something in his ear. Fortunately it was only a sting of some insect, but the doctor was diligent, attentive and reassuring. Courtesy and competence at the highest level. Received immediately in a neat and clean environment, like a clinic for humans.
