★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prezzi alti. Ho un problema con il termostato del termosifone, mi dicono che mi mandano un loro idraulico verso le ore 8.30am, sono le ore 10.20 e non si vede nessuno. Li chiami, di sabato gli uffici sono chiusi. Nessuna chiamata di scuse per il ritardo, nessuno che si fa vivo. Assurdo . Poi si fanno pagare ogni assistenza 60€!
High prices. I have a problem with the thermostat of the radiator, they tell me that they send me their plumber at around 8.30am, it is 10.20am and no one can be seen. Call them, offices are closed on Saturdays. No apologies for being late, no one showing up. Absurd. Then they charge 60 € for each assistance!
