Fanno le foto perché nel giro di un paio di giorni lo sostituiscono chiedendolo alla Candy. Dopo circa un mese mi viene detto che vogliono quello rotto per poi (non si sa fra quanto) mi daranno quello buono. Così, visto i tempi, starei senza nessun portavasetti. Stamattina alle 7 apro il frigo: caldo. Chiamo Vertemara su suggerimento di un'amica: gentilissimi già al telefono, usciti per sopralluogo in mattinata dopo poche ore e a metà pomeriggio avevo già il frigo nuovo funzionante. Purtroppo il mio aveva perso il gas di raffreddamento... Morto. Suggerisco Vertemara perché hanno saputo supportarmi dal primo contatto. Complimenti davvero!!! Fin qui nulla di male, se non fosse che il "signore" con cui ero al telefono si è permesso di dirmi che avrei dovuto farmi un esame di coscienza (?!) per aver chiesto informazioni su un servizio a pagamento, ma senza aver comprato la cappa da loro. Roba da matti!
