Tiberio, Enrico e la moglie, i titolari di questa struttura, hanno messo insieme un team davvero molto omogeneo, competente e preparato, che saprà rispondere ad ogni vostro dubbio e consigliarvi al meglio.
L’ampia gamma di prodotti offerti, la ricerca di aziende leader nel loro campo, per dar modo al cliente di poter scegliere il prodotto più giusto per le sue esigenze, fa si che Veronavet sia un punto di riferimento per chiunque ne abbisogni. Lo staff sempre gentile e disponibile. L’apertura dello spazio riservato agli animali da compagnia, che spazia dall’igiene, all’alimentazione e a prodotti dedicati alla vita di tutti i giorni, è un valore aggiunto che questa azienda offre alla sua clientela. I never went. I needed a product prescribed by the veterinarian. They really have a wide selection of products. Also some special things for our animal friends with allergies or intolerances.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prezzi nella norma anche se prodotti non di Marca ma buoni , per quanto riguarda il servizio clienti abbastanza basso in quanto non ti richiamano nei tempi da loro descritti al momento che vai in negozio e soprattutto ti comunicano in ritardo l'avvenuta sospensione del prodotto da te ordinato e tramite email....non credo l'email sia un mezzo per comunicare in un negozio come questo , chiamare il cliente al Telefono per avvisarlo di qualsiasi cosa credo sia segno di professionalità.
Prices in the standard even if products are not branded but good, as regards the customer service quite low as they do not call you back in the times described by them when you go to the store and above all they inform you late that the product has been suspended by you ordered and by email .... I do not think email is a means to communicate in a shop like this, call the customer on the phone to notify him of anything I believe is a sign of professionalism.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sconsigliato!!!!dovevo prendere un solo prodotto per il mio cagnolino,e come cliente ero solo io.in 4 persone dietro al banco nessuno si è minimamente interessato.dopo 10 minuti davanti alla cassa per pagare il prodotto, me ne sono andato,lasciando il prodotto sopra il banco.forse avevano di meglio da fare,per non avere tempo per ricevere il pagamento.
Not recommended !!!! I had to take only one product for my dog, and as a customer it was just me.in 4 people behind the counter no one was in the least interested. After 10 minutes in front of the cashier to pay for the product, I left, leaving the product on the counter, perhaps they had better things to do, not having time to receive payment.

Il mio pastore scozzese, soffrendo di mielopatia degenerativa agli arti posteriori, necessita di tutori e, dietro consiglio del mio veterinario, da loro ho trovato ciò che cercavo. Per questo tipo di articoli hanno il migliore marchio in assoluto, la BALTO. Essendo fuori dal centro abitato, è fornito anche di un comodo parcheggio.
Well-stocked shop and friendly, patient and really prepared staff. My Scottish Shepherd, suffering from degenerative myelopathy in the hind limbs, needs braces and, on the advice of my vet, I found what I was looking for from them. For this type of items they have the best brand ever, BALTO. Being outside the town, it is also equipped with a convenient parking.

Mi sono recata in negozio perché uno dei miei gatti ha un allergia grave ai conservanti, ho chiesto consiglio ad una ragazza, la quale mi ha indicato dei croccantini adatti al mio caso, gli ho acquistati e cambiati un po alla volta mischiando il prodotto con quello che aveva assunto per tanti anni, io ho tre gatti quindi ho dovuto cambiare alimentazione ad entrambi, ho ordinato il sacco grande per portarmi avanti e non dover acquistare nuovamente quello piccolo in quanto poco economico, dopo una settimana ho chiamato per sapere se era arrivato e mi è stato detto che quella marca non sarebbe più arrivata in quanto l'avevano cambiata con un altro prodotto. A quel punto ho dovuto cambiare di nuovo croccantini e diciamo che non è assolutamente salutare per il gatto cambiare continuamente croccantini in poco tempo, ho ordinato un altro sacco grande e mi era stato detto che arrivava entro una settimana, non è stato così purtroppo ed ora dovrò acquistare ancora il sacco piccolo, finché non arriverà quello grande. Penso che quando si da una parola al cliente deve essere rispettata, poi i negozianti si lamentano perché molta gente fa acquisti online però in casi come questi non c'è altra soluzione, almeno arrivano in pochi giorni!!!

At that point I had to change treats again and let's say that it is absolutely not healthy for the cat to constantly change treats in a short time, I ordered another big sack and I was told that it would arrive within a week, it was not so unfortunately and now I will have to buy the small bag again, until the big one arrives. I think that when you give a word to the customer it must be respected, then the shopkeepers complain because many people shop online but in cases like these there is no other solution, at least they arrive in a few days !!!
