★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gentilezza e onestà da parte dei venditori ma... incompetenza da parte del service! Non riescono a farsi valere su vw per cambiare un faro full led in garanzia che fa condensa. Auto in garanzia , infatti la sostituzione è stata riconosciuta da un altro concessionario in garanzia. Bah dovrebbe valere in tutta Europa la garanzia e invece cambia da zona in zona... non credo sia colpa di vw per questo segnalerò il concessionario.
 Kindness and honesty from the sellers but ... incompetence from the service! They can not rely on vw to change a full led headlight in warranty that makes condensation. Car under warranty, in fact the replacement was recognized by another dealer under warranty. Bah the guarantee should apply throughout Europe and instead it changes from area to area ... I don't think it's VW's fault for this I'll report the dealer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono molto deluso dei meccanici dell officina e concordo pienamente col commento precedente, io ho portato la macchina tre volte e dopo averla lasciata X una settimana ogni volta X risolvere dei problemi! Primo , ho speso un bel po di soldi e la macchina è peggio di prima poi me l’han fatta riportare altre 2 volte e mi hanno trattato malissimo facendomi pagare senza aver risolto NULLA ..e poi dicendomi che l’hanno sistemata , ho portato la macchina in un’altra ufficina e hanno riscontrato tutti i problemi che loro dicono nn ci sono!! SCONSIGLIO VIVAMANTE
I am very disappointed with the mechanics of the workshop and I fully agree with the previous comment, I have brought the car three times and after leaving it X one week every time X solve some problems! First, I spent a lot of money and the car is worse than before then they made me bring it back 2 more times and they treated me very badly making me pay without having solved ANYTHING ... and then telling me they fixed it, I brought the car in another workshop and have found all the problems that they say there are no! VIVAMANT NOT RECOMMENDED
