Ho cercato sempre, anche a Roma e Milano, un ristorante vegano e vegetariano sano, ma anche appetitoso e soddisfacente... la ricerca non è stata semplice... ma finalmente è arrivata Verdurine! Una gastronomia dove si può mangiare in compagnia di gente piacevole o dove si può andare per l'asporto e trovare sempre piatti invitanti e cucinati con amore... é tutto speciale, dal salato (non posso elencare tutte le prelibatezze, ma le torte di verdura sono le migliori di Genova!) ai dolci vegani che sono strepitosi, anche per gli onnivori! DA PROVARE E BISSARE! Verdurine .... such a place was missing in Genoa! I have always looked for, even in Rome and Milan, a healthy vegan and vegetarian restaurant, but also appetizing and satisfying ... the search was not easy ... but Verdurine has finally arrived! A gastronomy where you can eat in the company of pleasant people or where you can go for the takeaway and always find inviting dishes cooked with love ... everything is special, from the savory (I cannot list all the delicacies, but the cakes of vegetables are the best in Genoa!) to vegan desserts that are amazing, even for omnivores! TO TRY AND REPEAT!

Ottimo tutto; la focaccia al formaggio, le crocchette di riso piselli e zafferano e le torte di verdura.. per non parlare dei dolci.. i cookies e la barretta sneakers wow! graziee Mamma mia what a delicacy !! Gli ingredienti saranno sicuramente freschi e biologici ma i prezzi sono alti. Da riprovare in altra stagione. It happened on an obviously bad day, I must say that the dishes consumed did not impress me. The ingredients will certainly be fresh and organic but the prices are high. To be tried again in another season.

Perché sono piccoli, (ancora) non citati dalle guide, centrali e perché magari era chiuso il posto che cercavi.... Oggi è già una realtà con un suo giro di aficionados, alimentato da un “passaparola” sempre più convinto. Quando entri ti si apre un mondo! Fatto di tanta passione e ricerca. Ricerca degli ingredienti, dell'equilibrio dei gusti, del piacere del cliente (se riuscite a scambiare due parole con la titolare, capite subito cosa intendo). Se devo proprio indicare una preferenza, sono i prodotti che escono dal (magico) forno, sia dolci che salati. Le cipollate, i ghirigori, le torte di verdure (meglio più torte piccole che una grande: in proporzione c'è più pasta!). Insomma, gli impasti sono tutti particolari. E i biscotti, sia cookies che ripieni, tipo "grisbi". Poi i cioccolatini senza uova e le barrette tipo snikers. E provate il pane (rigorosamente da fotografare prima di farlo a pezzi). Vegan restaurant / rotisserie, Verdurine just a year ago (since I was missing….) Was one of those places where you happen to be by chance. Because they are small, (yet) not mentioned by the guides, central and because maybe the place you were looking for was closed .... Today it is already a reality with its tour of aficionados, fueled by an increasingly convinced "word of mouth". When you enter a world opens up! Made of a lot of passion and research. Research of ingredients, of the balance of tastes, of the customer's pleasure (if you can exchange a few words with the owner, you will immediately understand what I mean). If I have to indicate a preference, it is the products that come out of the (magical) oven, both sweet and savory. Onions, squiggles, vegetable pies (better more small pies than a large one: proportionally there is more pasta!). In short, the doughs are all special. And biscuits, both cookies and fillings, like "grisbi". Then the egg-free chocolates and snikers-type bars. And try the bread (strictly to be photographed before cutting it into pieces).

Su tutti, i pandolci, i crisbi con cuore al cioccolato fondente (una vera delizia per il palato!!) le barrette tipo snikers e gli orientali, con un sapore veramente particolare. Consiglio vivamente a tutti di provare almeno una volta i dolci di verdurine...non ne potrete più fare a meno! I tried the biscuits and pandolci and they are all exceptional, real delicacies! Delicious and above all delicious! Above all, the pandolci, the crisbi with a dark chocolate heart (a real treat for the palate !!) the snikers-type bars and the oriental ones, with a truly particular flavor. Nota dì merito per preparazione, cura e passione con cui fanno le cose. Da provare Ordered vegan burgers with vegetables and maio, I would say chickpeas: delicate and tasty, absolutely excellent. M	Michela Dini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Francesca cucina davvero bene: prepara delle torte salate buonissime e molto varie, un'ottima pizzata e dei dolci davvero sfiziosi (i miei preferiti sono i cioccolatini di gianduia e i "grancereali" ma sono tutti buoni quelli che ho provato). Poi ha sempre idee sempre nuove, si vede che fa le cose con passione. Brava! Francesca cooks really well: she prepares delicious and very varied savory pies, an excellent pizza and really tasty desserts (my favorites are the gianduia chocolates and the "grancereali" but they are all good ones I tried).
