E	Eddi F. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Dorfstube‘m ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Aber darum geht es hier nicht. Ich habe das „Stub‘m Brettl“ bestellt mit Speck und Käse auf einem Brotzeitteller. Bekommen habe ich Speck, Kräuterkäse, eine saure Gurke, etwas eingemachten Paprika aus dem Glas, Butter und einen Brotkorb. Der Speck war nicht frisch geschnitten und musste schon vorher auf dem Brett angerichtet und evtl. mit Frischhaltefolie abgedeckt worden sein. Das kann man machen. Aber ca. 20 Scheiben Speck frisch zu schneiden ist nicht zeitaufwändig. Der Kräuterkäse war geschmacklos und wurde als 200g Stück lieblos auf das Brett „geworfen“. Die Gurke war OK, den eingemachte Paprika in Streifen kann man auch weg lassen. Im Brotkorb waren 3 Scheiben Körnerbrot, 1 Körnerbrötchen, 1 Mohnbrötchen und sehr viel Vinschgauer. Wurde hier alles reingeworfen was die Küche übrig geblieben ist? Die 12 € für dieses „Gericht“ mit minimalen Arbeitsaufwand und der Verwendung von günstigen Zutaten sind zu hoch angesetzt. Das Preis-Leitungs-Verhältnis stimmt hier überhaupt nicht. The Dorfstube‘m is very nicely furnished. But that's not what it is all about here. I ordered the “Stub‘m Brettl” with bacon and cheese on a lunch plate. I got bacon, herb cheese, a sour cucumber, some canned paprika from the jar, butter and a bread basket. The bacon was not freshly cut and had to be served on the board beforehand and possibly covered with cling film. You can do that. But cutting freshly about 20 slices of bacon is not time-consuming. The herb cheese was tasteless and was “thrown” carelessly onto the board as a 200g piece. The cucumber was OK, you can leave out the canned paprika in strips. In the bread basket there were 3 slices of grain bread, 1 grain roll, 1 poppy seed roll and a lot of Vinschgau. Was everything thrown in here that was left of the kitchen? The 12 € for this "dish" with minimal effort and the use of cheap ingredients are set too high. The price-performance ratio is not right here at all.

Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich und der Service hervorragend. Ich würde immer wieder gerne hier einkehren! My snack Brettl was excellent, the cabbage salad also - very thin cabbage strips and mildly delicious. The service was very friendly and the service was excellent. I would always like to come here again!

Haut war bretthart, konnte mit Messern nicht geschnitten werden, kauen war endlos lange. Leider musste das Beste zurückgegeben werden, weil nicht verzehrbar! Amdere Speisen offenbar besser! Pork knuckle would have been good if it hadn't been in the oven or kept warm for too long. Skin was as hard as a board, could not be cut with knives, chewing was endless. Unfortunately the best had to be returned because it was not consumable! Other dishes apparently better!

Außerdem ein sehr schönes und vor allem passendes Ambiente mit mühevoll eingerichtetem Interior. Empfehle es unbedingt wieder Super friendly service and great food (contrary to what certain reviews claim). In addition, a very nice and above all suitable ambience with a painstakingly furnished interior. Definitely recommend it again
