Sehr regionale Produkte zum Teil vom eigenen Anbau. Die ganzen Säfte selbst gemacht.
Die Löwenzahnsaftschorle ist sehr gut.
Die Steinpilze mit Unkrautknödel ein Traum
 Leaves no wish unfulfilled.
Very regional products, some from our own cultivation. All the juices made by myself.
The dandelion juice spritzer is very good.
The porcini mushrooms with weed dumplings are a dream

Great sun terrace and really delicious food as well as very personable owners: in. Will definitely come back often.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir haben beim Hiaselbauer wahrscheinlich das beste Urlaubs-Essen seit Jahren genießen dürfen. Die Unkrautknödel - die alleine schon die Anfahrt wert sind - mit frischen Steinpilzen sowie das Bockenes mit Unkrautknödel und frischen Pfifferlingen waren ein Gedicht.
Dazu kommt noch eine wunderschöne Aussicht und eine supernette und sympathische Inhaberin. Besser geht es wohl kaum ??.
We have probably enjoyed the best holiday food in years at the Hiaselbauer. The weed dumplings - which alone are worth the journey - with fresh porcini mushrooms and the Bockenes with weed dumplings and fresh chanterelles were a poem.
In addition, there is a wonderful view and a super nice and personable owner. It couldn't be better ??.

Very nicely located mountain inn with a super friendly boss. The food tastes very good and the portions are large. Good brandy at the end of the menu. Now and then South Tyrolean live music

Es gibt auch viele total leckere hausgemachte Säfte, mein Favorit ist der Löwenzahnsaft ?
Wir wandern jedes Mal zum Hiaslbauer, wenn wir in Südtirol sind, da alles dort so lecker schmeckt und man von Anna mit viel Herzlichkeit empfangen und bedient wird.
Great view and very good home cooked food with local food.
There are also lots of delicious homemade juices, my favorite is the dandelion juice ?
We hike to the Hiaslbauer every time we are in South Tyrol, because everything tastes so delicious there and Anna welcomes and serves you with a lot of warmth.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Diese Wanderung zum Berggasthof haben wir von Verdins Gruberhof unternommen und war super schön, den Wasserweg entlang zur Waalerhütte und dann zum Berggasthof Hiaslhof. Dies ist gut geeignet mit Kindern die gerne wandern
We did this hike to the mountain inn from Verdins Gruberhof and it was super nice, along the waterway to the Waalerhütte and then to the Hiaslhof mountain inn. This is well suited with children who like hiking
