Many thanks to Federica for her professional work. Our incentive group coming from 4 different countries in Europe was fully satisfied by Federica's organization. We had a boat and cable car trip, orienteering activity, cooking class and wine tasting experience on Mottarone. We would be pleased to organize also our next trip to Lake Maggiore trough Federica. Amazing wedding in Italy organised by Fed and her team. Everything was of the highest quality and we were so happy with how things went on our Wedding Day. Lake Maggiore is a beautiful place to get married and I would thoroughly recommend Verbano Events

We got married in Sept 2016, and after arriving in Italy to look around we stumbled upon Verbano Events. We were introduced to Federica through someone we met. Its a small world and everyone knows everyone especially in Lake Maggiore. Federica was amazing right from our first encounter, not only did she and her team deliver an amazing wedding for us and our guests but we have remained friends since, and have recently went back to visit just a few months back. Anyone who is considering getting married its very important to do it through a wedding planner and you need to work with someone who is recommended. I genuinely can say we were very lucky to have worked with the best wedding planner in Italy!

After looking at many different locations in Italy to get married - from Sicily to Tuscany - and none of them working out, we were beyond lucky and blessed to meet Federica and Verbano Events! From the moment we chatted with her, we adored her and knew she would plan an amazing wedding. Federica was kind, caring, beyond attentive to detail, and whenever a brides nerves kicked in, she knew exactly what to do! We had a general idea or vision for our wedding and it all centered around a beautiful fairy tale day filled with all our loved ones. Federica has this incredible gift of taking an idea and bringing it to life. She organized and make sure every detail of our wedding from the flowers, table set up, food, music, photos, decor and layout were beyond incredible. She even arranged for the a midnight lantern release which was the most beautiful way to end the night. Every guest at our wedding had the time of their life and we have heard "fairy tale wedding" mentioned over and over. We are so grateful to have met Federica as to know her is truly to love her - as we now do!! We never imagined from when we first started planning our wedding would we be so lucky to work with a planner that is not only a true professional but someone who has become family.

Federica from Verbano Events was recommended to me by the Grand Hotel Majestic, where we hosted our wedding. We planned the wedding ourselves and initially we were thinking that we should save some money and have some of our friends coordinate things on the day, however, looking back I am so so so happy that we didn't do that and instead went ahead and booked Federica as a wedding coordinator on the day. It was the best decision for the wedding. Even though our wedding was relatively small, there was still a lot to organise throughout the day. We definitely would not have been able to pull it off without Federica (or maybe we would but it would be so stressful for us and also for our friends and family that we probably would not have enjoyed the day at all). What's great about Federica is that she knows the venue/area well and also a lot of the wedding suppliers personally. So when it came down to the wedding day, she didn't need any time to familiarise herself - she just went straight in and managed everything. She remembered all the details that we passed on before the day and made sure any last minute changes were catered for. It helped us not to worry about wedding organisation and just focus on the day instead - which was great given that we've spent months worrying about it. :D Although it wasn't visible to us how she managed to pull everything together, the fact that the wedding went absolutely smoothly, is the testament in itself as to how well she managed all the moving pieces. On a personal note, I wanted to add that she is a very fun individual and she brought a lot of joy on the day. It was an absolute pleasure to have her with us on the wedding day. Thank you again for helping us to pull off the most amazing event of our lifetimes :) PS extra thanks for coming up with the genius idea to keep the ceremony arch till the end of the evening when we had cake cutting and adding cold fountains/sparklers around it as it was awesome!

Verbano Events along with the leadership of Federica Zambonini, the owner of the company, provided us with the most spectacular Wedding in Italy that one could imagine. She was a master of detail and our wedding weekend went on without a flaw. Trying to arrange a wedding in Italy from the United States takes endless hours of planning. Federica saw to every concern, every issue and every detail that it takes for a foreigner to get married in Italy. We had two receptions, an afternoon cocktail party after the ceremony and then a grand reception on the small island on Lake Maggiore called Isola Pescatori. The day after the wedding Federica arrange for all my guest and the wedding party to tour the Isola Bella and the Borromeo Palace and Gardens, so grand, so truly Italian. And after our visit to Isola Bella Federica arrange for us to take the Cable Car in Stresa up to an Alpine hut for lunch. The views of Lake Marriore and the islands were breathtaking. My guest were truly impressed. To this day they all speak of my wedding as being the best wedding they have ever been to. Thank you Verbano Events and a special thanks to Federica. Wish I was having my wedding again.

To Fede and Valentina at Verbano events, you guys are THE BEST. You are more than just wedding and events planners, you have become friends who I hope to keep in touch with. Without a doubt we would not of been able to plan our wedding and have the best top quality suppliers without you! Everything ran perfectly and everything exceeded my expectations.
