Ho richiesto un urgenza per il lavoro, al telefono mi avevano comunicato un prezzo di 60 euro per l'urgenza che poi è diventato di oltre 150. Mi hanno fatto pagare una cifra esorbitante per il lavoro svolto, dicendo che sono stati presso la mia abitazione per più di 3 ore, invece ci sono stati solamente 40 minuti. La fattura che è arrivata era senza dettaglio, non era presente alcun dato dal quale si potesse capire per cosa fosse dovuta la cifra. Solo dopo aver scritto diverse mail ho ricevuto il dettaglio e mi hanno detto che il cliente deve pagare non solo il servizio svolto presso l'abitazione ma anche il tragitto verso casa mia, il tragitto verso il posto di scarico e persino il tragitto verso il cliente successivo.
 Unfortunately I found myself very bad with this company. I requested an urgency for the work, on the phone they told me a price of 60 euros for the urgency which then became over 150. They made me pay an exorbitant amount for the work done, saying that they were at my home for more than 3 hours, instead there were only 40 minutes. The invoice that arrived was without detail, there was no data from which one could understand what the figure was due for. Only after writing several emails did I receive the details and they told me that the customer must pay not only for the service carried out at the home but also the journey to my home, the journey to the unloading place and even the journey to the customer following.

Peccato che il prezzo non corrispondesse minimamente al preventivo telefonico (110 euro iva esclusa all'ora), bensì il doppio (x 40 minuti), senza apparente motivazione (è così e basta). Mi dispiace ma non è modo di comportarsi..
The two guys who did the work were very fast and professional, nothing to complain about their work. Too bad that the price did not correspond in any way to the telephone quote (110 euros excluding VAT per hour), but double (x 40 minutes), without apparent reason (that's it and that's it). I'm sorry but that's no way to behave ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho richiesto un intervento urgente per un problema di scarico intasato in bagno. Dal momento del contatto telefonico la qualità e il supporto sono stati ottimi, ho trovato molta gentilezza, precisione e professionalità.
L'intervento era urgente ed effettivamente sono riusciti ad aiutarmi in tempi molto rapidi.
Non capisco come mai in molti si siano lamentati delle tariffe: mi è stato richiesto di inviare una richiesta di preventivo via mail, alla quale ho ricevuto come risposta un elenco dettagliato di tutte le potenziali spese che avrei dovuto sostenere. Ripeto, tutto era elencato e spiegato in modo molto chiaro, non ho avuto sorprese finali.
Anche chi è arrivato a disostruire gli scarichi ha svolto tutto il lavoro in modo rapido, preciso e professionale.
I requested urgent intervention for a clogged drain problem in the bathroom. From the moment of the telephone contact, the quality and support were excellent, I found a lot of kindness, precision and professionalism.
The surgery was urgent and they actually managed to help me very quickly.
I do not understand why many have complained about the rates: I was asked to send a request for a quote by email, to which I received a detailed list of all the potential expenses that I would have to incur as a response. Again, everything was listed and explained very clearly, I had no final surprises.
Even those who came to unblock the drains did all the work quickly, accurately and professionally.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nulla da dire sul lavoro urgente e serale mi avevano illustrato il costo(ovviamente caro) ma la persona che ha ricevuto la chiamata merita il voto 0...scortese e saccente ai massimi livelli. Quella deve cambiare mestiere.
Nothing to say about the urgent and evening work they had explained to me the cost (obviously expensive) but the person who received the call deserves the vote 0 ... rude and pedantic at the highest levels. That has to change jobs.

Incredibile la sgarbatezza, l'acidità e l'agitazione della "sIGNORA" che riceve le chiamate concordando gli appuntamenti...forse in astinenza da camomilla in vena. Non parlo dell'infuso...Le consiglio di darsi una bella calmata o cambiare mestiere...Porta solo mal organizzazione e casini a tutta la rete nel territorio bolognese,non è capace manco a concordare gli appuntamenti e gestire il servizio in maniera professionale e competente.
Concludo ringraziando tantissimo i ragazzi che sono venuti a casa, meritano 10 stelle !!!Due operatori che hanno fatto un ottimo servizio con buon educazione e professionalità in un attimo hanno risolto il problema senza tanto da dire, grazie mille ragazzi
If it were possible I would give 0 stars. Incredible rudeness, acidity and agitation of the "LADY" who receives calls agreeing on appointments ... perhaps in withdrawal from chamomile in the mood. I'm not talking about the infusion ... I advise you to calm down or change jobs ... It only brings bad organization and mess to the whole network in the Bolognese area, it is not even able to agree on appointments and manage the service in a professional manner and competent.
I conclude by thanking a lot the guys who came home, they deserve 10 stars !!! Two operators who did an excellent service with good education and professionalism in a moment they solved the problem without much to say, thank you very much guys
