M	María Bertogli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The location is great (although it can be a tricky place to find at first). I stayed in a shared room that had plenty of space, the bathrooms are huge, the kitchen a bit small but was never packed, and everything was clean. However, this is a very modest hostel/hotel. If you're looking for a place to sleep after a day of walking around, this is good value.
A	Abi Hamm on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We really enjoyed our stay at Venice Hazel Guesthouse! The rooms were large and clean, and the kitchen and bathroom amenities were great. The location was one of the best parts about this place- we walked less than 10 minutes to reach St. Mark’s Square, and the restaurants on the street were very convenient and the food was good! It could be a little difficult with many guests and only one bathroom but if everyone there is courteous of the others it should not be a major issue. WiFi was not the best- it only extended to portions of the guesthouse, excluding the kitchen and most of our room besides right inside the door.

l	letti S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place to stay in Venice. Nice location in the center, rooms and bathrooms clean and the guy who runs the hotel is always ready to help. I would definitely not call it a 3-star hotel though. It got more the spirit of a nice hostel. The kitchen could be cleaner and you’ve got to charge 5€ to keep you baggage there after check-out. I just put it under the table in the living room. I feel like to take money for that isn’t appropriate. Never had to pay for that. Thanks anyways for the nice service :)

J	Julieta and Gardner Wolter on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They do not accept card, so we had to go get cash to the closest atm while they took care of the luggage and our surprise today when we open the luggage is that we ARE MISSING MONEY and a TABLET, and we know who was exactly, the guy at the reception!, we are going with the police right away! Be careful with this people and with your belongings!!!

We felt uncomfortable there with the guy in the reception! The beds did not have a duvet, only a thin bedcover. The smell was weird in the place, and you don’t really feel like it’s clean. Don’t go there!!!
