★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Grazioso appartamento, pulitissimo e fornito di tutto comprese lenzuola e asciugamani in abbondanza. Comodissimo per prendere i vaporetti e vicino al centro storico di Venezia.
 Nice apartment, very clean and equipped with everything including sheets and towels in abundance. Very convenient for taking the vaporetti and close to the historic center of Venice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir hatten das Glück gehabt, in einer wunderschönen und makellos sauberen Wohnung im 3 Stock zu übernachten. Das Apartment ist schön eingerichtet und es gibt alles, was man sich nur wünschen kann.
Die Küche ist voll equipt, es gibt zwei Klimaanlagen in der Wohnung, die Handtücher sind weiß und frisch. Der
Aufzug (Paternoster) funktioniert einwandfrei! Man muss nur den Knopf gedrückt halten, dann fährt er auch problemlos.
Und die Lage des Apartments ist fantastisch! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.
We were lucky enough to stay in a beautiful and spotlessly clean apartment on the 3rd floor. The apartment is nicely decorated and there is everything you could want.
The kitchen is fully equipt, there are two air conditioners in the apartment, the towels are white and fresh. Of the
Elevator (paternoster) works perfectly! You just have to keep the button pressed and it will drive without any problems.
And the location of the apartment is fantastic! We would like to come again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Appartamento carino, pulito e tenuto bene, ubicato in ottima posizione, che consente di raggiungere a piedi in pochi minuti piazza San Marco, ponte di Rialto e tutte le località strategiche del centro storico. Dotato di ampio soggiorno, camera da letto, molto soleggiate, camera per ragazzi con due posti letto, cucina e bagno. Inoltre lo stabile è dotato di ascensore. Prezzi in linea con la media del luogo. Molto consigliato per famiglie o coppie.
Nice apartment, clean and well kept, located in an excellent position, which allows you to walk in a few minutes to Piazza San Marco, the Rialto bridge and all the strategic locations of the historic center. Equipped with large living room, bedroom, very sunny, children's room with two beds, kitchen and bathroom. In addition, the building is equipped with a lift. Prices in line with the local average. Very recommended for families or couples.

Came very late , Gilla the owner welcomed us very warmly. The apprtment was clean and is located near Arsenal which is good. Nice coffee shop downstairs. I storngly recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very dirty apartment with many defects. Furniture and kitchen equipment come from the thrift store. Bad beds. Lift doesn't work. Cleaner was very rude. Owner didn't respond on our complains.
